Christmas Period 2024 – Office Closure & Service Delivery Arrangements

From all the team, we wish you a safe and joyous Christmas and all the very best for the holiday period and the New Year.

 

To our funding bodies and all the community, partner, and stakeholder organisations we’ve had the pleasure of working with this year, we thank you for your continued support and we look forward to working with you again in 2024.

 

Our offices will be closed over the two-week Christmas and New Year’s period (Monday 25th December until Friday 5th January). However, we will continue to provide court representations for fresh arrest matters over that period as well as having an on-call team available for urgent matters.

ATSILS Rockhampton

Recently our Director of Sector Engagement and Communication – Graham White visited our regional office in Rockhampton to touch base with staff and key stakeholders in the justice sector.

It was a good opportunity for the team to share their local stories and challenges for service delivery in the region. Graham also met the local Youth Justice Service Centre and key NGOs critical to ATSILS service delivery. The feedback from these organisations was very positive in relation to their engagement work and dealings with the ATSILS in Rockhampton.

Our Rockhampton office delivers family, civil and criminal law services as well as Throughcare services to local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Central Queensland region.

Due to the severe weather conditions around Cairns and Far North Queensland, we advise our Cairns regional office is temporarily closed.
