Our Brisbane Office seeks two skilled Legal Practitioner’s in Criminal Law; one position will be based from our Brisbane Head Office and one position based from our Cleveland Satellite Office, servicing Brisbane’s Bayside. Our dedicated workplace, servicing both adult and youth jurisdictions offers an excellent advocacy development opportunity.
Ideally you will have at least two years’ PAE full-time experience, but those with less are welcome to apply if you have demonstrated advocacy skills and court acumen. Your experience with Duty Lawyer type responsibilities will be a distinct advantage. This position works alongside culturally strong Court Support Officers and skilled Administration Staff, who provide extensive service to this role and know our communities well.
Our Workforce Development Strategy will enable you to undertake both team and formal training to succeed. The successful candidate will ideally be able to commence promptly, with a Practising Certificate or its arrival date confirmed.
