Join our State-wide Through Care Team with a direct focus on female youth clients. The goal of the Through Care service is to reduce recidivism and incarceration rates by supporting our clients (both pre and post release) through the delivery of intensive, high-quality case management services.
Ideally you will have a Degree in Social Work or Behavioural Sciences from a recognised tertiary institution (or a minimum five (5) years’ demonstrated work experience with equivalent competencies relating to the case management of clients in the Criminal Justice System). Your experience with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities will also be highly regarded, as is experience working with young people and children. Current funding provides a fixed term full-time contract to 30 June 2026 and a work vehicle.
