Our Charleville Office presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled, friendly Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Receptionist to join the team. This position seeks a reliable and culturally sensitive team member to assist our clients and their families through a wide range of duties at the office front desk.

You will ideally have two years’ workplace experience in an office and a Certificate III, but candidates with less experience, two available referees and full ID for National Criminal Record Checks against duplicity convictions (e.g. Fraud, Theft) will be considered for interview.

Our Roma Satellite Office seeks a skilled Legal Practitioner in Criminal Law. Our dedicated workplace has developed the service in the Charleville/Roma region, and service demand shows how much an organised and social-justice-focused practitioner is needed to represent our clients, servicing both adult and youth jurisdictions this position offers excellent advocacy opportunity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be the holder of an Unrestricted Practising Certificate. Your experience with both Duty Lawyer type responsibilities and Hearings will be a distinct advantage. Our Administration Staff and Court Support Officers provide extensive service to this role and know our communities well. An attractive annual allowance for this role is available at $10,000 on the anniversary of your appointment to secure service continuity and community relationships.

Our Workforce Development Strategy will enable you to undertake team, individual and formal training to succeed. We will interview promptly and look to candidate who can commence within seven weeks of interview.
