Our Roma Satellite Office seeks a skilled Legal Practitioner in Criminal Law. Our dedicated workplace has developed the service in the Charleville/Roma region, and service demand shows how much an organised and social-justice-focused practitioner is needed to represent our clients, servicing both adult and youth jurisdictions this position offers excellent advocacy opportunity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be the holder of an Unrestricted Practising Certificate. Your experience with both Duty Lawyer type responsibilities and Hearings will be a distinct advantage. Our Administration Staff and Court Support Officers provide extensive service to this role and know our communities well. An attractive annual allowance for this role is available at $10,000 on the anniversary of your appointment to secure service continuity and community relationships.

Our Workforce Development Strategy will enable you to undertake team, individual and formal training to succeed. We will interview promptly and look to candidate who can commence within seven weeks of interview.
