Interview Arrangements

Microsoft Teams Candidate Connections [online interviews]

Candidates applying for positions with ATSILS may be asked to attend their interviews by video conference (VC) using Microsoft Teams. ATSILS VC interviews are hosted through Microsoft Teams, where meeting requests are sent via email to elected candidates for connection by web browser. ATSILS regrets that interviews to multiple sites cannot be guaranteed for candidates using Microsoft Teams, and in particular we have not achieved stable interviews to regional areas when candidates are using Tablets or iPads or Smart Phones.

We ask that candidates using Microsoft Teams:
– run through a test set-up at least the working day (24 hours) before interview
– check they have current operating systems (on either a laptop or desktop computer) and prepare by fully downloading the Interview Invitation and establishing a confirmed multiple-site connection in advance
– check their browsers and connections at least 10 minutes prior to interview.

Alternatively, you may be able to travel to one of our Queensland offices and participate in an interview using Microsoft Teams from our office.
